All Orders - Pictures or Canvas: After completion of purchase you will be able to download the file 2 times. After that you will either have to contact support to see about an extension or repurchase the picture again.
Order Updates: Please be aware that any canvas orders take approximately 2 weeks to make and ship. We will ship it to the address on record unless request otherwise no exceptions. Once order is place you have approximately 12 hours to send us a email to let us know that you would like to change shipping location. You can send email to support@forsaleaiart.com. Once 12 hours is up there are No Changes Allowed.
Shipping Updates: Please Be aware that we cannot control shipping carriers. If a carrier experiences a delay you will get a email directly from them. Currently Fedex is having Operational Delays.
